The portal is for clients who have already completed paperwork at their clinics. In order to access your records through the portal, you MUST have been seen by an Aspire Health Alliance provider, and have received a secure PIN from your clinic.

Removing Financial Barriers to Care

Aspire Health Alliance partners with South Shore Health to provide the most updated directory of resources for our community. It’s all here, from food pantries to transportation to fuel assistance and more.
Residential Assistance for Families in Transition (RAFT)
The RAFT Program is a homelessness prevention program funded by the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD). RAFT provides short-term financial assistance to low-income families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
