For Adults

Services for Adults

Aspire Health Alliance provides an array of counseling and evaluation services to adults and their families. Services are offered throughout the South Shore, Southeastern Massachusetts, and the Metro Boston area.

Aspire Health Alliance offers highly specialized services such as employment support, rehabilitation intervention, life skills, outreach and in-home therapy within hospitals, clinics, community-based centers, schools, and homes.

Aspire Health Alliance also provides a continuum of care through intensive wrap-around services, home-based, and community resources. Support is provided to adults and their families, who may be at differing stages in their treatment and recovery from mental illness.

Adult Community Clinical Services

Aspire Health Alliance has two Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) programs that work with over 400 individuals in the community, providing support and encouragement so that they can live their best lives. Referrals are received directly from the Department of Mental Health, and individuals reside either in the community or in one of our residential settings.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment designed to prevent psychiatric hospitalization and reduce the need for emergency care services.

Discovery Day Treatment

Discovery Day Treatment, a program of Aspire Health Alliance, is available to adults struggling with substance use and living with major mental illness. Designed as a bridge from hospitalization or a measure to prevent it, Discovery provides daily structure in a supportive environment where clients are active in the development of their treatment plans.

Crisis Services

Aspire Health Alliance’s Adult and Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention Services provides in-home, community, and hospital ER-based services to children, teens, and adults who are at risk of harming themselves or others. Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, master’s level clinicians provide psychiatric evaluation and treatment to support and stabilize clients while transitioning them to the appropriate level of care within the community. Aspire Health Alliance’s Crisis services also includes an open, eight-bed stabilization unit that offers an alternative to hospitalization for clients in need of short-term crisis intervention.

Employer Community Services

Aspire Health Alliance provide services to businesses throughout the New England area to ensure the well-being of their workforce. We have an Employee Assistance Program and a Disaster Response Team. These programs are individually designed to assist businesses in managing their health care costs through the early identification and treatment of troubled employees and helping employers respond to disasters or crises affecting their employees. If you are an employer who would like to learn more about our program, please contact our Intake Department at 617-847-1914.

Outpatient Counseling

With outpatient offices in Braintree, Marshfield, and Quincy, Aspire Health Alliance’s Outpatient Services team provides diagnostic evaluation, psychological and neuropsychological testing, psychopharmacology, and individual, group and family therapy to children, teens, and adults with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, substance abuse, and other issues. To learn more or for an appointment, call our Intake Department at 617-847-1914.

Outreach
The Aspire Health Alliance Community Outreach Counseling Services (Outreach) team provides therapy in homes, schools, and temporary housing to MassHealth-insured clients who are not able to consistently reach outpatient offices, or for whom in-home treatment is clinically indicated.

Peer-to-Peer Program

The Peer-to-Peer mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment where peers can connect with others whose shared experiences help them work through various stages of their recovery. Dedicated to the belief that recovery is real, the program functions within a living room model where peers can relax and feel comfortable.

Substance Use Disorder Services

Aspire Health Alliance offers a continuum of care for substance use disorders through our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) in Quincy. We provide individual and group therapy, connection to recovery resources, and medications for alcohol and opioid use disorders.
