Don't face a crisis alone!

Call the Emergency Services Program if you’re facing a mental health or substance use crisis, or just don’t know where to go for help. Aspire Health Alliance’s ESP service provides help at our site at 460 Quincy Avenue in Quincy, including an 8-bed crisis unit for short-term stays. Or we can come to you or help you via phone or video. Call 1-877-382-1609 to connect with Aspire or the ESP service in your community.

Masks continue to be required when visiting Aspire for services

When visiting Aspire for services, our clients are required to wear masks — even if vaccinated. With the rise in the Delta variant and in accordance with State guidance, we are keeping this policy in place for all our safety. We understand that may be confusing given the lift of the mask mandate in other settings and do appreciate your patience.

Using Aspire Telehealth platform ensures security and privacy

Many clients find telehealth services convenient and effective and Aspire will continue to provide services via telehealth, when clinically appropriate. We ask all clients to use Aspire’s secure platform for telehealth, ensuring services are delivered with your privacy assured. Your clinician will discuss this with you, and more information is below.

REACHING TO THE NEXT LEVEL

Our Values at Aspire Health Alliance

Our new name, Aspire Health Alliance, grew out of an enhanced mission and vision and values for the organization to highlight our belief that mental health is the foundation of a person’s overall health – as we say it, “No health without mental health.” Our Values reflect our goals for those we serve and here is more information about what we mean:

Your well-being is essential: We nurture the whole you, throughout your lifespan, helping you achieve balance, manage crisis, and improve the quality of your life. Regardless of who you are, where you come from, or what challenges you are facing, you and your family deserve a life worthwhile – as defined by you. We provide effective, research-based, behavioral health services that are focused, first and foremost, on your well-being. And we’re always looking for new and better ways to serve you and your community.

Health is about trust: We foster an environment that is safe and supportive, free of judgement or prejudice. Our clinicians and staff always strive to remove barriers, earn your trust, and make you and your family feel welcome and protected. We will be your partner in care, working to preserve your dignity by guarding your privacy and providing our services in the strictest confidence. At the same time, we are committed to ending the societal stigma around behavioral health, and advocating to make emotional well-being integral to our definition of overall health.

Community matters: Community plays a crucial role in your well-being. That’s why we’re committed to providing behavioral health services where you live, appropriate to your cultural background, near the people and organizations you know, and integrated with your health care system. Our roots run deep: we’ve been working in this region since 1926, and have always been dedicated to improving the health and welfare of all of our neighbors.
