Nurse Manager

Education level: Graduate of an accredited Nursing program, holding a Diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, and a current Massachusetts RN License in good standing.

Aspire Health Alliance is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC). This position offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive and evidence-based treatment for mental health and substance use disorders. The Nurse Manager will ensure adherence to the CBHC service delivery model, promoting access to integrated client-centered care grounded in evidence-based practice. The role encompasses direct oversight of nursing care across various service components, including Outpatient CORE services such as Psychiatry, Adult CCS, AMCI, and YMCI. The Nurse Manager will also facilitate care integration across the continuum of care and provide direct client care within CORE outpatient services as needed. 

 

Residential Coordinator

In this program, adults with mental illness share a home in the community. Our residential staff supports them to reach their goals by teaching them daily living skills to move them toward independence, assist in management of their psychiatric symptoms, ensure their physical health, and improve their quality of life.

Assistant Program Director Outpatient Clinic

Education level: Master’s degree with an Independent Licensure such as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT

An exciting new Assistant Program Director opportunity exists for an Independently Licensed Clinician to become part of the management team at our Braintree Outpatient Clinic! Under the direction of, and in collaboration with the Braintree Outpatient Program Director, responsibilities include: Supporting and overseeing operations of the Braintree Outpatient Clinic and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Teams; providing clinical and administrative management of clinical services with the goal of providing high quality service; and working with the Program Director to ensure fiscal management of the program and proper use of programs finances are adhered to, along with productivity goals being met.

Occupational Therapist

Education level: Master’s degree or higher education (doctoral) to maintain current Massachusetts licensure in occupational therapy

Step One Early Intervention provides educational and therapeutic services to children from birth to three years with special needs and provides support and education to their families. Child development research has established that learning is most rapid from birth to age 5. The dedicated staff at our Step One Early Intervention program works in partnership with families to understand and meet the individual needs of children.

Hospital-based, Crisis Clinician

Education level: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field 

Aspire Health Alliance is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Emergency Services Behavioral Health Clinician to join our dynamic team at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth. This position offers an outstanding opportunity for professionals passionate about integrated care and mental health services. The clinician will be stationed within the Emergency Department, working closely with hospital staff to evaluate and provide immediate psychiatric assessment and stabilization services for patients in crisis.

Clinical Supervisor-Outpatient Clinic

Education level: Master’s degree

The Clinical Supervisor will set a positive tone/morale for the team; will model Aspire’s mission and professional culture; and will provide clinical supervision for Masters and/or Bachelors per regulation and licensing requirements. The role will assure all clinical documentation meets the organization’s standard of care; monitors risk; ensures quality of care and compliance are adhered to; and promotes evidence-based practices.
