An exciting new Assistant Program Director opportunity exists for an Independently Licensed Clinician to become part of the management team at our Braintree Outpatient Clinic! Under the direction of, and in collaboration with the Braintree Outpatient Program Director, responsibilities include: Supporting and overseeing operations of the Braintree Outpatient Clinic and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Teams and Providing clinical and administrative management of clinical programs with the goal of providing high quality service.
Licensed Practical Nurse
Education level: LPN Certification (required) and driver’s license
We are currently looking for dedicated LPN’s who want to make a difference in the lives of adults who are facing mental health challenges. You would be a key member of our medical team at the Aspire Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) Unit in Quincy. The unit has 8 private rooms and offers a comfortable, supportive setting.
Education level: BA/BS in Psychology or related field preferred – CPR/FA and MAP certifications will be required
In this program, adults with mental illness share a home in the community. Our residential staff supports them to reach their goals by teaching them daily living skills to move them toward independence, assist in management of their psychiatric symptoms, ensure their physical health, and improve their quality of life!
Clinician, Day Treatment
Education level: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology or related field; license eligible degree required
Great opportunity exists for a Clinician to join Aspire Health Alliance’s Discovery Day Treatment Program. Our program was recognized by the Association for Behavioral Healthcare (ABH) with an excellence in Best Practice award! Discovery Day Treatment is an outpatient psychiatric recovery and rehabilitation program which serves clients who are experiencing major mental health challenges or acute life crisis. The Group Therapist is part of a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team which provides quality clinical care, group therapy, and case management.

With outpatient clinics in Braintree, Marshfield, Plymouth, and Quincy, we also provide child and family services in the home, school, childcare center, group residence and other community settings. We also offer day treatment, intensive wrap-around services, residential services, and services focused on increasing independence for our adult and adolescent clients.
