Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist

Licensed Practical Nurse

Education level: Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program

We are currently looking for dedicated LPN’s who want to make a difference in the lives of adults who are facing mental health challenges. You would be a key member of our medical team at the Aspire Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) Unit in Quincy.  The unit has 8 private rooms and offers a comfortable, supportive setting. 

Residential Counselor

Education level: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field preferred

The Residential Rehabilitation Counselor position is a great opportunity to work in the Human Services field. In this program, adults with mental illness share a home in the community. Our residential staff supports them to reach their goals by teaching them daily living skills to move them toward independence, assist in management of their psychiatric symptoms, ensure their physical health, and improve their quality of life!

Registered Nurse, Community Behavioral Health Center

Education level: Diploma, Associates or Bachelor’s degree

The Community Behavioral Health (CBH) Registered Nurse will support integration of medical screening and services for Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) clients in collaboration with CCBHC providers and client Primary Care Providers.

Speech Language Pathologist, Clinical Fellowship Year 

Education level: Master’s in Speech Language Pathology and driver’s license required

Our Step One Early Intervention program is a family centered, community-based program that works in partnership with families to understand and meet the individual needs of children. Step One supports the relationship between young children and their families. We provide educational and therapeutic services to children from birth to three years with special needs and provide support and education to their families. The Speech Language Pathologist provides assessment, consultation, and home-based therapy services. 

Clinical Specialist-Community Based

Education level: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Rehabilitation Counseling, or Applied Behavioral Analysis

The clinicians in our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) program work with their supervisors and colleagues to develop clinical assessments, risk/safety planning, and treatment planning for clients. They also lead the development of comprehensive recovery-based services, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and provide clinical leadership for an assigned group of clients.

Clinical Supervisor-Outpatient Clinic

Education level: Master’s degree

The Clinical Supervisor will set a positive tone/morale for the team; will model Aspire’s mission and professional culture; and will provide clinical supervision for Masters and/or Bachelors per regulation and licensing requirements. The role will assure all clinical documentation meets the organization’s standard of care; monitors risk; ensures quality of care and compliance are adhered to; and promotes evidence-based practices.
