Residential Counsellor/Rehab Educator

Education level: No education requirement – must have driver’s license

The Residential Counsellor/Rehab Educator position is a great opportunity to work in the Human Services field.  In this program, adults with mental illness share a home in the community.  Our residential staff supports them to reach their goals by teaching them daily living skills to move them toward independence, assist in management of their psychiatric symptoms, ensure their physical health, and improve their quality of life!

Behavioral Health Registered Nurse

Education level: Registered nursing license

The Behavioral Health Registered Nurse is part of a team providing integrated services for clients. The Nurse works with clients to ensure their behavioral and physical health care is aligned. The Nurse works closely with medical staff at Aspire and in the primary care office.

Outpatient Child Clinician

Education level: Master’s degree

The Outpatient Child Clinician is part of a team of clinicians providing integrated care to children and youth, providing more timely access through the use of both in person and telehealth service modalities. The team supporting this Clinician includes a family partner and medical professionals, both internal and external, to allow the Clinician to work at the top of their skill set.   

Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) Clinician

Education level: Master’s degree

Our ACCS Clinicians gain comprehensive clinical experience working under experienced, independently licensed clinicians. These clinicians work with their supervisors and colleagues to develop clinical assessments, risk/safety planning, and treatment planning for clients in our ACCS program.

Crisis Clinician, Hospital based

Education level: Master’s degree

Crisis Clinicians have the opportunity to gain comprehensive diagnostic and clinical skills with a broad population, including children and adults!  Work is fast-paced, but clinicians receive clinical supervision for each client seen from an experienced independently licensed supervisor.

Community Partner Clinical Care Manager

Education level: Master’s degree / Licensed

Part of Aspire’s Behavioral Health Community Partner program, the Clinical Care Manager oversees a dedicated team of professionals ensuring clients are connected with and receive integrated care for both medical and behavioral health conditions.
