The Community Outreach Counselor is an outstanding Master’s level career opportunity! Quincy, Boston, Plymouth, Brockton, and Wareham areas available. Join our team of passionate, dedicated professionals and play an essential role in providing therapeutic services to individuals who are not able to consistently reach outpatient offices, or for whom in-home treatment is clinically indicated. Make a difference in the lives of children, teens, adults and seniors experiencing chronic depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, grief and other mental health issues.
Our multi-disciplinary team provides:
- Comprehensive clinical assessments
- Development of goal-oriented treatment plans
- Individualized counseling designed to facilitate the recovery, health, and overall well-being of clients and their families
- School based counseling

Required Skills
- Ability to establish effective therapeutic relationships
- Organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and writing
- Computer skills and adaptability
- Bi-lingual abilities are a plus
Required Experience
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field
- Previous experience doing individual therapy, preferably with children
- Must have a valid driver’s license, access to personal vehicle, and safe driving record
