Call Aspire’s Adult and Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention teams if you’re facing a mental health or substance use crisis, or just don’t know where to go for help. Aspire Health Alliance’s crisis service provides help at our site at 460 Quincy Avenue in Quincy, including an 8-bed crisis unit for short-term stays. Or we can come to you or help you via phone or video. Call 1-800-528-4890. 

Step One Early Intervention Program

Located in Quincy and serving clients from Quincy, Milton, and Randolph, Step One Early Intervention is available to families of infants and toddlers with special needs, including developmental disabilities, developmental delays, and environmental or biological risk factors.

Discovery Day Treatment is a dynamic holistic day program for adults and designed to help support an individual’s behavioral health, through therapeutic group treatment and milieu therapy. Clients establish daily structure, routine, and meaning and purpose through therapeutic group facilitation and fosters independence, personal growth and well-being.

The Aspire CBHC

Aspire Health Alliance is a state-designated Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC). Founded on the goals of timely access to client centered, comprehensive behavioral health care services, the Aspire CBHC is located at 460 Quincy Avenue, Quincy and serves the towns of Braintree, Cohasset, Hingham, Hull, Milton, Norwell, Quincy, Randolph, Scituate, and Weymouth.

Aspire CBHC Services for include:

  • Outpatient Services for Youth and Adults: Call 617-847-1914, open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., MassHealth members.
  • Adult & Youth Community-Based Mobile Crisis Intervention (AMCI/YMCI): Call 617-774-6036 or Toll Free at 800-528-4890. Open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Most insurances accepted.
  • Adult Community Crisis Stabilization unit (Adult CCS): Call 617-774-6036. Open 7 days per week, 24 hours per day. Most insurances accepted.
  • Youth Community Crisis Stabilization unit (YCCS): Call 617-774-6036 for evaluation and facilitation of referral to YCCS.
